Over the past decade, Kayleigh has ventured across the globe, participating in numerous networking events and masterminds, delving into the realms of digital marketing, e-commerce, Amazon, and various marketplaces. Her career encompassed roles in community management, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships, each experience contributing to her multifaceted expertise. However, it was during the challenging days of lockdown, when the job market ebbed, that Kayleigh was compelled to pause and reflect. It was then that she sifted through her extensive network, leading her to the establishment of her consultancy, KB Connect Limited, and the birth of the ECLIMB SUMMIT.
